But today was really about Fernando Torres. Let me spell that, F-E-R-N-A-N-D-O T-O-R-R-E-S. Was kept quiet by the brilliance of Terry and Alex in particular, but responded when it mattered the most.

After months in the wilderness, the goals have finally returned. So Liverpool are still 2 points behind Man U with them having a game in hand, but hey, the last time Liverpool did a league double over Chelsea, they won the league.

Here's to Liverpool for the league title and most importantly, Fernando Torres for regaining his scoring touch!
